These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Focus Cab (“Focus Cab”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Focus Cab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Focus Cab

Focus Cab is a productivity and focus application designed to help you structure focused work sessions and reduce distractions.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• misuse or attempt to interfere with the App or its services;
• attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms;
• reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except where permitted by applicable law; or
• use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

2. Pro Subscriptions and Purchases

Focus Cab may offer optional paid features and services, including Focus Cab Pro (“Pro”).

The features, prices, subscription periods, trials, and purchase options available to you may vary by platform, region, and offer.

A. Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

• payment is charged through the applicable app store account at confirmation of purchase;
• the subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current billing period;
• your account may be charged for renewal within the period specified by the applicable app store before the renewal date; and
• you can manage or cancel your subscription through the account settings of the app store through which you purchased it.

The specific subscription terms, pricing, trial eligibility, and renewal information presented to you at the time of purchase are part of your purchase agreement.
