At Focus Cab, we strongly believe that your focus data is yours alone. We do not sell your data, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data We Collect

Focus Cab is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers.

A. Personal Data

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.

B. Usage Data (iCloud)

Your focus sessions, coins, unlocked cars, and statistics are stored:

1. Locally on your device.

2. Securely in your private iCloud container (via Apple CloudKit) to sync across your devices.

   We (the developers) do not have access to your iCloud data. It is encrypted by Apple and accessible only by you.

C. Location Data

Focus Cab uses your location only locally on your device to display your current city and generate the "driving" visualization on the map.

• We do not track your location history.
• We do not send your location to any server.
• We do not share your location with third parties.

D. Screen Time & App Blocking (Family Controls)

Focus Cab uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls) to block distracting apps during a session.

• This process happens entirely on your device.
• We do not know which apps you have installed or which apps you choose to block.
• We do not collect any data regarding your app usage habits.
